Peanut Butter Energy Balls Recipe

- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Keto Maple Syrup
- ¼ cup Coconut Flour
- Pinch of Salt optional to taste
- Dessicated Coconut optional to garnish
Line a large baking pan with baking paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter with the sugar-free maple syrup and the coconut flour (also the salt if you are using it) and mix well to get a thick but workable batter.
Shape into bite-sized balls and place on the lined baking pan, making sure they don’t touch.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set, and serve cold, optionally sprinkled with coconut.
