Ingredients

  • 3 oz Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 slice Cheddar Cheese
  • Chives/Spring Onions to garnish

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat add olive oil, cook sausage until no longer pink.
  • In the same pan cook egg until the desired doneness.
  • Transfer to serving plate.
  • Garnish with chives or green onion.
