Keto Leek Bacon Omelette

- 4 large Eggs
- ⅓ cup Heavy cream
- ½ Leek sliced diagonally
- 6 slices Bacon pre cooked
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Whisk the eggs with the heavy cream in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and add the bacon.
Heat the butter in a non-stick pan and sauté the leek for 2 minutes. Add the eggs and cook the omelette with a closed lid for 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
