Keto Leek Bacon Omelette

Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • cup Heavy cream
  • ½ Leek sliced diagonally
  • 6 slices Bacon pre cooked
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk the eggs with the heavy cream in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and add the bacon.
  • Heat the butter in a non-stick pan and sauté the leek for 2 minutes. Add the eggs and cook the omelette with a closed lid for 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
