In a medium mixing bowl combine the condensed milk with the heavy cream, Irish whiskey, vanilla extract and mix well.
Whisk in the instant coffee powder and cocoa powder until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Use a funnel to pour the mixture into a jar or bottle with a tight-sealing lid.
Close the lid tightly and refrigerate the keto Irish cream.
Serve it well-chilled, either straight or over ice.
