Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Almond Flour
  • 2 medium Eggs
  • ¼ cup Ham diced
  • ¼ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  • Fold in the diced ham and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

  • Lightly grease the waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon ¼ of the batter onto the center of the waffle maker and close the lid. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  • Carefully remove the chaffle from the waffle maker and repeat with the remaining batter.
