Keto Club Sandwich Recipe

- 6 large leaves Iceberg Lettuce or any type of lettuce with large leaves (we used savoy)
- 1 roasted Chicken Breast skinless, grilled
- 4 slices Deli Turkey or other deli meat
- 2 slices Edam Cheese
- ½ small Tomato sliced
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Remove the core from the iceberg lettuce and peel off 6 large leaves.
Place two of the leaves together and spread over 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Add one slice of cheese, two pieces of sliced turkey, and the roast chicken breast on top. Season with a little bit of salt and pepper.
Place another two lettuce leaves on top and spread over the remaining mayonnaise. Add the other slice of cheese, sliced turkey, and sliced tomato seasoning with more salt and pepper.
Top with the remaining lettuce leaves, and slice the club sandwich in half, placing a toothpick through each piece to secure it.
