For the Chicken Patties
- 1 lb Ground Chicken (1 ½ cups)
- 1 medium Egg
- ⅓ cup Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Basil dried
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
For the Spicy Fried Cabbage
- 2 cups Green Cabbage shredded
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
For the Tomato Butter
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup Cream Cheese full-fat
- ½ teaspoon Tomato Paste double concentration
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Make the Chicken Patties
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with the egg, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Knead and shape into patties.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and cook the chicken patties for 4-6 minutes on each side over medium heat, until completely cooked through.
