Ingredients

  • ½ cup Cream Cheese full fat
  • 4 tablespoon Peanut Butter smooth or chunky (¼ cup)
  • 2 tablespoon Low Carb Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese with the peanut butter, salt, and Erythritol.
  • Dust the cocoa powder on a wide plate.
  • Scoop balls of the mixture and roll into the cocoa powder.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours until solid, and enjoy cold.
