Brew your favorite black tea and espresso coffee.
Mix all the ground spices together.
Pour the hot tea into a blender and add the coffee, coconut oil, coconut milk and Erythritol. Pulse to incorporate.
Add the spices mixture, season with a pinch of salt and pulse briefly to mix together until smooth and well combined.
Divide into cups and serve hot.
