Healthy Chinese Cabbage Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chinese Cabbage hand-torn into pieces
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger fresh, grated
  • 4 tablespoon Scallions chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly-ground

Instructions

  • Heat the butter in a large skillet or wok and sauté the beef for 5 minutes, seasoning with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Add the sesame oil and the cabbage and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until fragrant and slightly golden.
  • Add the ginger and garlic and stir, simmering for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot, garnished with scallions.
