Healthy Chinese Cabbage Stir Fry Recipe

- 1 lb Chinese Cabbage hand-torn into pieces
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 tablespoon Ginger fresh, grated
- 4 tablespoon Scallions chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly-ground
Heat the butter in a large skillet or wok and sauté the beef for 5 minutes, seasoning with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the sesame oil and the cabbage and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until fragrant and slightly golden.
Add the ginger and garlic and stir, simmering for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with scallions.
