  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoon Olive Oil extra virgin, and extra for garnish
  • 2 tablespoon Dill fresh, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley fresh, chopped
  • Sea Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients.

  • Grate the cucumber with a cheese grater into a strainer. Squeeze out as much liquids as possible.
