Greek Keto Tzatziki Sauce Recipe

- 2 cups Greek Yogurt full-fat
- 1 medium Cucumber
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 4 tablespoon Olive Oil extra virgin, and extra for garnish
- 2 tablespoon Dill fresh, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Parsley fresh, chopped
- Sea Salt to taste
Prepare all the ingredients.
Grate the cucumber with a cheese grater into a strainer. Squeeze out as much liquids as possible.
In a large mixing bowl combine the Greek yogurt with the cucumber, minced garlic, dill, and parsley.
Fold in the olive oil and season with salt.
Serve cold drizzled with olive oil.
