In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and garlic powder.
In another mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese with Greek yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute, or use a double boiler to melt and mix.
Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry mixture. Add the egg and mix to combine. Knead to make a dough and transfer it onto the prepared baking tray. Flatten with your hands or a rolling pin, dusting with almond flour if needed.
Whisk together the olive oil with minced garlic, oregano, and thyme in a small mixing bowl. Drizzle on the dough and press with your fingers to coat evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, slice, and serve.
