Cream Cheese Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese full fat
  • ½ cup Parmesan or Pecorino Cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the spinach for 2-3 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Remove from the heat and allow to cool down a bit.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese with the parmesan or pecorino cheese and season with a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add the spinach and mix well. Serve at room temperature.
