Cream Cheese Spinach Dip Recipe

- 4 cups Fresh Baby Spinach Leaves
- 4 oz Cream Cheese full fat
- ½ cup Parmesan or Pecorino Cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the spinach for 2-3 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool down a bit.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese with the parmesan or pecorino cheese and season with a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add the spinach and mix well. Serve at room temperature.
