Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole (Quick, Easy, Low Carb)

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts cooked and shredded
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt full-fat
  • 1 cup Keto Ranch Dressing or ¼ cup ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz Gouda Cheese grated
  • Fresh Parsley chopped, to garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken breast, crumbled bacon, Greek yogurt, and ranch dressing/ranch seasoning Stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the grated gouda cheese over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm, and enjoy!
