Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole (Quick, Easy, Low Carb)

- 2 Chicken Breasts cooked and shredded
- 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt full-fat
- 1 cup Keto Ranch Dressing or ¼ cup ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz Gouda Cheese grated
- Fresh Parsley chopped, to garnish
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken breast, crumbled bacon, Greek yogurt, and ranch dressing/ranch seasoning Stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the grated gouda cheese over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm, and enjoy!
