Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes. They are ready when a meringue with stiff peaks has formed.
In a mixing bowl, combine the egg yolks with the melted butter. Add the coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
Fold in the egg whites gently to incorporate without overmixing. Add the water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the batter is thick and spreadable.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
Remove the bread from the loaf pan, slice, and enjoy!
