Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Milk unsweetened
- 0.5 cup Strawberries fresh or frozen
- ½ medium Avocado ripe
- 2 tablespoon Almond Butter
- 2 tablespoon Coconut Butter
- 2 tablespoon Heavy Cream unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon Low Carb Sugar Substitute
- Ice
Instructions
- Process the strawberries with avocado, almond butter, almond milk, coconut butter, cream, and Erythritol in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Add the ice and process again for a few seconds to incorporate into the mixture.
- Pour into a glass and serve ice cold.
