Thank you so much for sharing all of these post. I started it yesterday. I will come back and let you know how it’s going. Again Thank you
Thank you for the positive feedback Phyllis, good luck!
I have completed my first 5 days and like the recipes so far, especially the salmon with garlic & lemon. Can i continue on with these recipes for the next 2 phases, or do I have to follow your recipes? I am single and noticed I am having left overs that I would like to finish before moving forward to the other recipes.
Hi Sabjo, the beauty of this meal plan is that it's entirely up to you 🙂 You can definitely keep using the same recipes and mix and match your favorites from the meal plan. Hope that helps!
I’m starting today! Fingers crossed - can I check that kale/ cabbage and green lettuce are ok in moderation? I am post menopause and really need my leafy greens!
Hi Alexia, good luck! Yes, kale/cabbage/green lettuce are all perfect for keto because of their low carb content. Enjoy as much as you want!
I'm not a big fan of tuna. Can I use canned chicken instead of tuna?
Hi Janet, yes you definitely can and the salad is just as delicious 🙂
