- 1 ½ cups Almond Milk
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1 scoop Low-Carb Protein Powder vanilla or chocolate
- 4 Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until you have a thick creamy consistency.
