For this delicious recipe, you'll need the following:
- 2 Salmon fillets (around 150g / 5.3oz each)
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 medium Lemon (juice and zest)
- Salt and Pepper
How To Make Lemon Garlic Salmon
To start, heat the butter in a deep pan and sauté your salmon fillets for around 1 minute on each side.
While you're doing that, thinly slice your garlic and zest your lemon.
Add the garlic to your pan with the salmon and let it cook for another minute.
Pour in your heavy cream and lemon zest, then season with salt and pepper.
Let the cream cook until it thickens, then lower the heat and add your lemon juice, gently stirring to incorporate it with the sauce.
