Keto chicken patties that are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and loaded with herbs for outstanding flavor. Served with spicy fried cabbage and tomato butter, this is the BEST chicken dinner recipe!
These low-carb chicken patties are a recipe I find truly exciting. With three elements that complement each other perfectly, I can assure you that this is the least boring way to have chicken on a weeknight and make it feel like it’s the weekend.
Chicken patties are fragrant with dried basil and have a crispy bite. Spicy fried cabbage to up the comfort food levels.
And tomato flavored butter whipped with cream cheese to make it rich and indulgent.
Apologies to the rest of the other keto chicken dinners, this one is definitely, by far, a winner!

How to Make Keto Chicken Patties with Spicy Cabbage and Tomato Butter
Ingredients You'll Need
This dinner recipe is easy to make and uses simple ingredients. You can have it cooked and on the table in just 40 minutes. You'll need:
Ground chicken - It doesn't matter the type of chicken meat you use in this recipe. It works well with both ground skinless boneless chicken breasts or thighs. You can also make them with ground turkey.
Cabbage - Sautéed cabbage is always absolutely delicious and one of my favorite sides. For this recipe, I used green cabbage but you can use other types as well (such as red cabbage).
Dairy - We'll be using a generous amount of butter for each of the parts of this recipe as well as cream cheese for the tomato butter.
Sauces, Herbs and Spices - We'll be using tomato paste, garlic, basil, red chili flakes, salt and black pepper. You should have most of these on hand!

Make the Spicy Fried Cabbage

Make the Tomato Butter
Using a blender, food processor or electric mixer whip the butter, cream cheese and tomato paste until smooth. Season to taste with salt.
