We are easing into autumn with a turmeric fusion milkshake style drink that you can have cold as a refreshing and filling drink, or hot as an indulging beverage those chilly nights curled under a blanket with your favorite show on.
A lovely throwback to the 80's when milkshake drinks were a must, this is a post-modern, reimagined version with coconut cream, almond (or any plant-based) milk and turmeric for a golden color and feel-good antioxidants.
With only 2.2g of net carbs per portion, we bet you’ll have both versions, hot and cold in one go!

Turmeric Keto Milkshake
For this delicious turmeric keto milkshake you'll need:
- 1 cup of canned Coconut Cream
- ½ cup Almond Milk (or sugar-free plant-based milk)
- 1 teaspoon Erythritol
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Ginger
You can serve the keto milkshake two ways, hot or cold.
If you want it cold, process all the ingredients with a cup of crushed ice in a blender or food processor until smooth.
If you want a hot turmeric keto milkshake:
In a medium-sized saucepan heat the almond milk with the coconut cream over low heat.
Dissolve the Erythritol, vanilla, turmeric, cinnamon and ground ginger and stir.
Pour into a mug and serve hot and enjoy!

Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions
To Serve Cold:
- Process all the ingredients with a cup of crushed ice in a blender or food processor until smooth. Serve cold.
To Serve Hot:
- In a medium sized sauce pan heat the almond milk with the coconut cream over low heat. Dissolve the Erythritol, vanilla, turmeric, cinnamon and ground ginger and stir. Pour into a mug and serve hot.
